The Garden Terrace & Veranda has reopened for the summer with delicious new menus developed by Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team.
Nestling in the courtyard of the Hotel, the Garden Terrace and covered-in Veranda is an oasis of calm, away from the hustle and bustle of life, and surrounded by beautiful trees, plants and fountain, tended to by the in-house gardener Nick.

The new Summer Garden Terrace & Veranda lunch menus includes a selection of specially curated Summer Bites including Terrace Summer Salad; Smoked Salmon Blinis with Smoked Lemon Mayonnaise; Tiger Prawn & Crab Cocktail; Ox hart Tomato and Burrata Salad with Smoked Guanciale; and Lobster Roll to name a few.
Bigger summer bites on the terrace dinner menu include the Surf Burger, a delicious Prawn & Cod Burger with Thai Salad, Sweet Chilli Mayo; the Kofta Lamb Burger with Tzatziki, and Summer Risotto, a light seasonal dish with broad beans, peas, asparagus, spring onions, lemon butter.
Some of the classics like the Caesar Salad, the Reuben and Clubhouse sandwiches, Fish & Chips, and The Burger also feature on the menus as well as Steaks and sharing boards including the Cheese & Meat Board selection of Irish Cheeses and Cured Continental Meats with Olives, Pickles, Grapes, Quince Jelly and also Carlingford Lough Oysters to share.

A selection of summery sweet treats from the Hotel’s pastry Chef Orna Larkin includes Fresh Wexford Strawberries & Cream; Pear & Lemon Crumble; White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake with Speculoos Crumb and Passionfruit Posset with Mango Marshmallow, and Coconut Crumb.
