  • 1 cup Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets
  • 1 cup milk (any milk)
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 100g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  • Mix together and refrigerate overnight in an airtight container. 
  • In the morning top with peanut butter, fresh bananas, strawberries, quinoa pops, maple syrup
