Kinara Kitchen has announced a weekly night of cocktails and Pakistani bar bites with mixologist Paul Lambert at the helm.
Every Wednesday from 5pm, the new cocktail menu will be available along with a host of evolving bar bites, including snacks such as lamb chops, mixed vegetable, homemade samosas and Kurkuri Machli all from €7.95.
Paul Lambert who created the ready-to-drink Mr. L’s Cocktails, will work with his mixology team to bring the drinks menu to life or create bespoke cocktails tailored to each customer. Options include the Berry Spritz and Mango & Hibiscus Bellini, the Byzantine with its basil infused gin and passionfruit, as well as the creamy Roasted Hazelnut Espresso Martini.
Paul and the team will also take up monthly residency on Saturday nights, with the same cocktail creations and food options to include sharing platters in addition to Kinara Kitchen’s a la carte menu.
Kinara Group has also confirmed Andrei Petrescu as the new permanent mixologist, who will be creating a consistent range of cocktails across the group’s three restaurants.
