A modern twist on a classic. A delicious family favourite finished with Pestle + Mortar fresh green pesto.
Ingredients Per Person:
– 2 Eggs
– 1 Tbsp. Green Pesto
– Your Choice of Bread, to Dip
Method:
Step 1: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat add the eggs to the pan and add in the green pesto around the perimeter.
Step 2: Fry the eggs until the white is set and the edges are crispy.
Step 3: Serve immediately with bread or toast.
