Nothing says romance quite like Champagne and Dessert – two luxurious indulgences usually reserved for special occasions. And right now, we’re all longing for a little treat. 

This Valentine’s Day, you can enjoy The Westbury’s exquisite Bubbles and Cake experience in your own home, with both Delivery and Click & Collect options available.  Bubbles and Cake is a twist on the traditional Afternoon Tea, in which the world’s most enchanting Champagne, Perrier-Jouët, is paired with two exclusively prepared desserts, accompanied by a gift of two complimentary Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque glasses to set the atmosphere for a romantic celebration for two, and also savour for many years to come!

Choose one of two delicious champagnes – Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, adeliciously pink Champagne with intense aromas of ripe red fruit,orPerrier-Jouët Grand Brut, with notes of garden-fresh lemon and peach, toasty biscuit and a hint of sweet floral aromas.

Both pair beautifully with the selection of exquisitely prepared desserts: a Strawberry Shortcake made from Irish strawberries and filled with strawberry compote, glazed and served with all Irish butter shortbread; and a Peach Melbamade of vanilla sponge topped with white peach mousse filled with raspberry purée gel, dipped in white chocolate, sprayed and decorated with a dark chocolate stalk and sitting on a simple sable biscuit.
