Pancakes:
- 100g plain flour
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, sifted
- ½ Isp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt 150ml milk
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- Sunflower oil, for frying
Chocolate sauce:
- 100ml milk
- 150g of Butlers 40% Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
