Indulgent Easter Treats At The Johnstown Estate

Top of our list is the limited edition Chocolate Themed Afternoon Tea, €39 per person, €22 per child (under 12 years), available from 29th March – 7th April 2024. Served in the elegant surrounds of The Atrium which features double-height windows, a glass ceiling, velvet wing-backed chairs and original Irish art, tables are dressed with crisp linens and charming china, making for a very special experience. Guests can expect sumptuous sweet treats including a meringue bird’s nest with chocolate eggs and a chocolate flower pot with Easter eggs, along with freshly baked scones and delicate finger sandwiches. Afternoon tea is complemented by a choice of JJ Darboven teas and freshly brewed coffee or alternatively, add a glass of Prosecco and opt for Sparkling Afternoon Tea, €47 per person. 

The Johnstown Estate’s Easter Sunday Lunch, €40 per person, available from 12.30pm to 3.30pm on Sunday, 31st March, is served in Fire & Salt, the Estate’s elegant award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The four-course seasonal menu features traditional Easter favourites like locally-sourced spring lamb and decadent chocolate desserts, along with a wide range of options to suit all palates and dietary requirements.
