5th November 2025, Get ready to go chasing chocolate waterfalls! Butlers Chocolates has unveiled a spectacular new look for its much-loved visitor attraction, Butlers The Factory Tour, a bold, playful, and utterly delicious celebration of Irish chocolate craftsmanship.
Completely reimagined for 2025, the refreshed experience has been transformed into a colourful world of imagination, where every corner tells the story of Butlers Chocolates. From the glittering new colourful entrance, complete with a chocolate bar–inspired reception desk and a mesmerising “Chocolate Waterfall”, visitors are invited to step into a whimsical chocolate journey at the home of Butlers Chocolates.
Inside, the adventure unfolds across vibrant, interactive spaces filled with neon lights, gold accents, and immersive storytelling that bring Butlers’ heritage and chocolate artistry to life.

Every considered detail is designed to surprise and captivate visitors, from the demonstration room, where “On Air” lights signal live chocolate-making demonstrations, to the Party Room, a photo-ready paradise complete with colourful murals and vibrant décor.
The glass-panelled balcony overlooking the working factory floor offers visitors a sneak peek into the creation of Butlers’ signature range of luxury chocolate assortments, chocolate bars, fudge, toffee, and their iconic hot chocolate.
In the Chocolate Museum, the new Butlers Wall of Wonder features interactive bubbles with fun facts and exhibits tracing Butlers’ journey from its founding in 1932 to today. The tour culminates with visitors stepping into the shoes of a real-life chocolatier and trying their hand at decorating their own chocolate masterpiece to take home as a souvenir.
